Legend

  • Red tube: legal boundary (33 UTM vertices)
  • Yellow lines: the six survey cross-section profiles
  • White boxes: houses, store and toilet (2.8 m tall)
  • Grey skirt: no survey data, held flat at nearest height
  • Blue: streams traced from the 1:1,000 location plan
  • Dark grey ribbon: paved road Pisac – Ruinas

How to read it

  • Terrain is exact inside the lot: 1 m contours and six profiles from sheet T-01. No vertical exaggeration.
  • Colour ramps from green (low, west) to brown (high, east).
  • Roads, path and streams outside the lot are placed from the U-01 location plan, not measured on site.

Topography
From sheet T-01: 1 m contours (index every 5 m) and six cross-section profiles. Elevations were read from the drawn geometry and checked against the printed profile tables.
Elevation range
About 3,020.5 to 3,048.8 m

Lowest at vertex 18 (west corner by the bridle path). Highest just inside the gate on the east edge.

Total relief
About 28 m
Direction of slope
Falls to the west. Best-fit plane 29.8 % (16.6°), downhill azimuth 271°.
Average slope
Mean 34 %, median 31 % (contour spacing). Along Perfil 01 inside the lot: 29 % (16°).
Contours crossing the lot
3020 to 3048 m, 29 lines at 1 m interval
Paved road level at the gate
About 3,048.1 m. The lot edge is about 0.4 m above the road.
Steepest ground
45–55 %, locally over 60 %, in the centre band uphill of the east house and store (3,036–3,043 m).
Buildable without major terracing (under 15 %)
Roughly 450 m², about one tenth of the lot, in patches of 130 m² or less.

The two houses already sit on the two best benches (B and C).

Terrace pattern
Contour spacing alternates between tight risers and wider benches, the pattern of old agricultural terraces. No terrace or wall is labelled on the sheet.
Features and access
Gate
East boundary between vertices 2 and 3, straight off the Vía asfaltada Pisac–Ruinas.

Ground about 3,048.3–3,048.8 m, the highest point of the lot.

Internal track (trocha carrozable)
Dirt vehicle track about 3 m wide, about 180 m of centreline, grades 10–13 %. Hairpins down from the gate to the north side of both houses.
House (west)
About 11.8 × 11.5 m, L-shaped, 92.50 m² on the plan. Ground 3,026.4–3,029.0 m.
House (east)
About 11.6 × 12.0 m, L-shaped, 92.75 m² on the plan. Ground 3,030.2–3,032.1 m.

The two 'CASA' area labels could be the other way round; drawn outlines measure 93.3 and 92.6 m².

Store (depósito)
6.1 × 10.2 m (about 30 m²) on the south boundary near vertices 9–10. Ground 3,035.4–3,037.5 m.
Toilet (baño)
1.9 × 2.4 m (about 3.6 m²). Ground about 3,038.5 m.
Blue outline on T-01
Unlabelled 47-vertex polyline, 3,958 m², mostly 1–5 m inside the legal boundary. Most likely the fence or wall found on site.
Paved road
Vía asfaltada Pisac–Ruinas along the east edge (vertices 1→6, 28.4 m). The lot sits on the outside of a hairpin bend.
Bridle path (camino de herradura)
Along the north-west side (vertices 19→31, 82 m), a 4–7 m strip between the lot and UC 07540.
Streams (riachuelos)
Two drawn on U-01. Neither touches the lot; one about 18–30 m west of vertex 18, one about 25–30 m north of vertex 27.
Trees, walls, terraces
None labelled on either sheet.

Questions the drawings do not answer yet.
  • How title is actually held (LLC vs. personal) needs the SUNARP entry 11093311.
  • Zoning and archaeological (Ministerio de Cultura) restrictions for the Pisac–Ruinas corridor.
  • Ask the surveyor to correct sheet T-01: the third profile box is titled 'PERFIL 02' instead of 'PERFIL 03', and the boxes 'PERFIL 04' and 'PERFIL 06' are swapped against the plan lines.
  • Confirm what the blue outline on T-01 represents (fence, wall or occupied limit) and why it lies up to 3.6 m outside the legal boundary near vertex 28.
  • Confirm the value of the short odd-coloured contour piece at vertices 33–1 (assumed 3049).
  • Confirm which cadastral unit (07516 or 07517) adjoins edges 17→19.
